If you're mid-renovation and the contractor is already on site, this is the moment to consider built-in. Retrofitting means cutting into a finished counter.
A countertop unit stands on the counter or the bar and connects to the water line behind it. No cutting, no changes to the kitchen. This is the form that fits any existing pantry and moves with you if the office relocates.
The one question to answer up front: does it fit on the counter? The REFILL+ Series 2 measures 25 x 62 x 19 cm and needs a water connection and a power socket within reach. Measure your worktop before the demo and you'll know for sure.
