Aquablu lanceert REFILL+ Series 2 met AURA: de toekomst van slimme hydratatie op de werkvloer
Met Series 2 en het nieuwe besturingssysteem AURA maakt Aquablu hydratatie op kantoor eenvoudiger, aantrekkelijker en slimmer dan ooit.
Amsterdam, 7 oktober 2025 – Aquablu, de Nederlandse cleantech scale-up achter slimme hydratiesystemen, presenteert zijn grootste productontwikkeling tot nu toe: de REFILL+ Series 2, aangedreven door het nieuwe besturingssysteem AURA is een nieuw vooruitsrevend plaform dat alle Aquablu-producten en data naadloos met elkaar verbindt in een intellligent geheel. De Series 2 tilt hydratatie op de werkvloer naar een nieuw niveau: één systeem dat alles eenvoudiger maakt, meer keuze biedt voor gebruikers en facility managers inzicht en controle geeft via realtime data.
De Aquablu REFILL+ Series 2 is de all-in-one upgrade voor hydratatie op kantoor en in commerciële omgevingen. Met meer dan zestig combinaties, van heet water op 75°C en 90 °C (perfect voor groene of witte thee op de lagere stand en zwarte of kruidenthee op de hogere) tot gekoeld of extra-bruisend water met verrijkte smaken, biedt het systeem maximale variatie, zonder de noodzaak van meerdere apparaten. Alle smaken zijn verrijkt met vitaminen en mineralen, zonder suiker.
De lancering introduceert tevens een nieuwe smaakinnovatie: REFRESH (komkommer, yuzu en mint), verkrijgbaar vanaf november 2025. Een lichte en verfrissende combinatie verrijkt met vitamine C en B12.
De echte doorbraak, en een belangrijke stap richting datagedreven facility management, is AURA: het nieuwe Hydration Operating System dat alle Aquablu systemen en alle data samenbrengt in één slim dashboard. Facility managers en bedrijven krijgen hiermee realtime inzicht in gebruik, systeemstatus en besparingen op CO₂ en plastic flessen. Onderhoud en bevoorrading worden proactief aangestuurd, waardoor kosten dalen en downtime wordt voorkomen.
Sander de Jonge en Kalvijn, oprichters van Charlie’s, noemen het een droommatch:

En met onze nieuwe gepatenteerde koeling gaan we nog een stapje verder: kouder water en meer bubbels. Dit is de toekomst van hydratatie.”
Met de lancering speelt Aquablu in op drie uitdagingen waar veel bedrijven mee te maken hebben: de noodzaak tot verduurzaming, de toenemende vraag naar gezondere kantoorvoorzieningen en de complexiteit van facility management. REFILL+ Series 2 met AURA is vanaf oktober beschikbaar voor bestelling in de Benelux, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk; begin 2026 volgt verdere uitrol in Frankrijk en Scandinavië.

Aquablu launches REFILL+ Series 2 with AURA: The future of smart workplace hydration
With Series 2 and the new AURA operating system, Aquablu makes office hydration simpler, smarter, and more engaging than ever before.
Amsterdam, 7 October 2025 – Aquablu, the Dutch cleantech scale-up behind intelligent hydration systems, presents its most significant product innovation to date: the REFILL+ Series 2. Powered by AURA, Aquablu’s pioneering new operating system, it connects all Aquablu products and data into one intelligent ecosystem. Series 2 takes workplace hydration to the next level — one system that simplifies everything, offers more variety for users, and gives facility managers full control through real-time insights.
The Aquablu REFILL+ Series 2 is the all-in-one upgrade for office and commercial hydration. With over sixty drink combinations — from hot water at 75°C and 90°C (ideal for green and white teas at the lower setting, and black or herbal teas at the higher one) to chilled or extra-sparkling water with enriched flavors — the system offers maximum variety without the need for multiple machines. All flavors are enriched with vitamins and minerals, and contain no sugar.
The launch also introduces a new flavor innovation: REFRESH (cucumber, yuzu, and mint), available from November 2025 — a light, revitalizing combination enriched with vitamins C and B12.
The real breakthrough, and a major step toward data-driven facility management, is AURA — the new Hydration Operating System that connects all Aquablu systems and data in one smart dashboard.
