Aquablu Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Aquablu Referral Program (“Program”). By taking part, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before referring others to Aquablu.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Aquablu Referral Program rewards eligible participants (“Referrers”) for introducing new customers (“Referrals”) to Aquablu B.V. (“Aquablu”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
For each successful sale resulting from a valid referral, the Referrer will receive a cash reward as defined below.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing within the European Union or the United Kingdom.

• The Program is also open to current Aquablu employees.
  
  
  

  • Employee participation must comply with Aquablu’s internal ethical and conflict-of-interest policies.

  • Employees may not refer their own accounts or clients under direct management or where a conflict of interest exists.
    
    
    

• To participate, you must register through Aquablu’s referral platform and obtain a unique referral link.

• Self-referrals or referrals of your own business, subsidiaries, or household are not eligible.

• Aquablu reserves the right to verify participant identity, employment status, and eligibility at any time.

3. QUALIFYING REFERRALS

A “Qualifying Referral” must meet all of the following conditions:

1. The referred company is not an existing Aquablu customer, prospect, or partner already in our sales pipeline.

2. The referral must use your unique referral link to initiate contact or register interest.

3. The referred company must sign a purchase agreement and pay the full invoice for one or more Aquablu dispensers.

4. At least one dispenser installation must be completed at the referred company’s site.

Once these steps are complete, the referral is considered a Completed Sale and is eligible for a payout.

4. REWARD STRUCTURE

Referrers will receive a cash reward per dispenser sold, based on the total number of dispensers included in the completed sale:

Dispensers Sold = Reward per Dispenser

1 dispenser = €300

2–4 dispensers = €400 per dispenser

5 or more dispensers = €500 per dispenser

There is no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings. Rewards are calculated per qualifying sale.

5. PAYMENT & TIMING

• Rewards are paid within 14 days of sale completion, once full payment from the referred customer has been received.

• Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal (as selected during registration).

• All rewards are paid gross of taxes. Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

• Payments are made in euros (€) or the local equivalent for UK-based referrers (converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the payout date).

6. DISQUALIFICATIONS

No reward will be issued if:

• The referred customer cancels or fails to pay the invoice in full.

• The referral was made before the Program launch date or outside the official channels.

• The same referral is submitted by multiple referrers — only the first valid referral received by Aquablu will qualify.

• Fraud, self-referrals, or misuse of promotional materials are detected.
  
  
  

Aquablu reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.

7. PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

• The Aquablu Referral Program is valid only within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

• Referred businesses must be legally registered and operate within these regions to qualify.

• Aquablu may expand or limit the Program’s geographic availability at any time without prior notice.

8. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

Aquablu reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

• Adjust the reward amount, eligibility rules, or payout process at its discretion.

• Disqualify participants who violate these Terms or act in bad faith.

In the event the Program is terminated, valid referrals made before the termination date will still be honored.

9. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

• Aquablu shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in this Program, except where required by law.
  Participants agree to indemnify and hold Aquablu harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to misuse of referral materials or violations of these Terms.

10. PRIVACY

Aquablu processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.
Information collected through the Program (e.g., name, email, payment details) is used solely to manage referrals and payouts.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
